Booking conditions
The use of services or purchase products of Apartamentos Blanco Sol implies acceptance of this agreement, you declare and accept:
1. Be an adult (over 18 years) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on the Web Apartamentos Blanco Sol, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
2. The user, to contract the services offered must register as a client, whose effects declares that all information provided when registering is true, complete and concise.
3. To confirm the dates indicated in the reservation, the number of rooms, number of persons, board and the selected hotel.
4. The conditions and price of the reservation contracted are those specifically determined in the document. The provision of services starts from 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on departure day.
5. When booking a flexible rate, guests must pay a deposit by credit card for confirmation. This deposit may be equivalent to one night's stay or 30% of the total, depending on the dates of the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. This rate allows changes or cancellations free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date, and in the event of cancellation within this period, the deposit will be fully refunded.
For reservations made with promotions or discounts applied, 50% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking as confirmation of the reservation. These reservations cannot be changed or cancelled, and the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. In the event of no-show on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the hotel will send the invoice corresponding to the deposit paid.
7. The reservation price includes accommodation only. It does not include any other optional extras or any other services not expressly contracted through the apartamentosblancosol.com system.
8. The reserve prices include VAT., unless mention is specifically omitted. Any other tax or duty payable for the accommodation must be paid additionally at the establishment.
According to Law 2/2006, from March 30, 2016, on the Tourist accommodation tax in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote Sustainable Tourism, we inform you that, from July 1, 2016, all persons older than 16 years old who stay at our establishment must pay a touristic tax (amount indicated in the mentioned Law) per person per night. This tax is not included in the room price, and it will be paid directly at the hotel.
9. Upon arrival at the establishment, guests must pay a deposit of €200 for each accommodation unit reserved. This deposit will serve as a guarantee and will be refunded upon departure, provided that no damages have been detected in the accommodation. In the case of refunds made via credit card or bank transfer, the process may take up to 14 days.
Modification of the reservation
Once a reservation is confirmed, changes can only be made if the specific conditions of the reservation allow it. Any changes will be subject to hotel availability and the cancellation processing fees indicated above. Prices in effect at the time the change is requested will be applied.
